	IFF Advanced Rigging, announces the appointment of Massimo Cecchini, as international sales manager. A well known face in the industry, Massimo brings over 16 years specialist knowledge and commercial experience to the new role, having previously worked for a variety of TV, film and theatre lighting manufacturers companies in sales roles. Massimo spent the last sixteen years as sales manager, in most of the prestigious companies like Arri Lighting, Strand Lighting, De Sisti and the last six years in Ianiro Aldo company. “It’s a key time to be involved in this type of technology and this is a great opportunity. I'm thrilled to be part of such worldwide organization and I'm especially excited to participate to the growth of this new Staging Systems Business Unit, ” he comments. Paolo Agostinelli, Staging Systems Business Unit Managing Director, says “We're delighted to welcome Massimo to our sales team. His extensive knowledge and experience of the TV lighting market further strengthens the high level of product expertise and support we can provide to customers operating in our market. Massimo is an additional important assets to the Staging System Business Unit strategy after the integration of the IFF Advanced Rigging and LITEC companies started in January 2006 and the important acquisition of the American TOMCAT GLOBAL Group announced a few days ago. This is a further confirmation of our development plan to enhance the offer and the market leadership”. Massimo will join Devis Fiorot in the International Sales department, and together they will further develop the IFF advanced rigging distributor network and to strength the brand awareness in the market. They will also be committed to develop new business opportunities for the staging business unit.

	Starting with the 1st of July 2005 AVLITE Pte Ltd (Singapore) become the IFF Rigging Division Regional Service Centre.
